Grey coloured, water resistant cement-based, thin or thick bed adhesive conforming BS5980 : 1980 for a Type 1 Class AA adhesive & ANSI A118.1 : 1992.
USAGE
Suitable for fixing Ceramic Wall & Floor Tiles, Vitrified Homogeneous Tiles, Porcelain Tiles, Mosaics, Quarry Tiles, Terracotta, Marbles, Granites, Slates, Terrazzo, Brick Veneer, Decorative Stones, etc. to wall & floor, dry or wet and interior or exterior areas.
GENERAL PERFORMANCE
The set adhesive is water resistant but not impervious to water. LECA CTF-FIX is a thin or thick bed adhesive used normally at 3 - 6 mm bed thickness, but up to 12 mm for small isolated, uneven areas of limited extent. Requires mixing with water only unless special conditions where Latex Admixture (ie. LECA MIX-1, LECA MIX-PLUS, LECA BOND-PLUS etc.) must be used.
LECA MIX-1, LECA MIX-PLUS or LECA BOND-PLUS can be used with LECA CTF-FIX in replacement of water, to enhance physical properties of the set adhesive, ie. imparts flexibility, improve adhesion, reduce water permeability and widens application to various substrates. Not recommended for use on skim-coat plaster, paint and metal.

USAGE
Suitable for fixing Ceramic Wall & Floor Tiles, Vitrified Homogeneous Tiles, Porcelain Tiles, Mosaics, Quarry Tiles, Terracotta, Marbles, Granites, Slates, Terrazzo, Brick Veneer, Decorative Stones, etc. to wall & floor, dry or wet, interior or exterior areas including swimming pools.

More economical & user friendly compared to conventional two-component adhesive system. LECA 21-FLEX offers improved adhesion strength, flexural strength, durability and reduce water permeability compared to conventional cement-based adhesive.
It is specially formulated for the installation of Vitrified or Porcelain Homogenous Tiles (or other tiles/mosaics) & Marble or Granite Slabs with low water absorption rate (ie. <0.5 %) and for installation onto demanding substrate (see Application).

Suitable for fixing Ceramic Floor Tiles, Vitrified Homogeneous Tiles, Porcelain Tiles, Quarry Tiles, Terracotta, Marbles, Granites, Slates, Terrazzo, etc. to floor, dry or wet, interior or exterior areas including swimming pools.

It is specially formulated for the installation of "Large Format" Vitrified or Porcelain Homogenous Tiles (or other tiles/mosaics) & Marble or Granite Slabs with low water absorption rate (ie. < 0.5 %); without the likelihood of "sinking or sagging" that may result in uneven finish surface. Designed for installation of large format tiles or natural stone slab in a single operation.
IThe set adhesive is water resistant but not impervious to water. LECA ONE-FLEX is an ultra-thick adhesive used normally at 6 -15 mm bed thickness. Although in most cases it requires mixing with water only; there are special conditios where Latex Admixture (ie. LECA MIX-1, LECA MIX-PLUS, LECA BOND-PLUS, etc.) must be used with LECA ONE-FLEX, to further enhance the physical properties of the set adhesive.

Manufactured to stringent Internal Quality Assurance System, conforming to BS 5750 : Part 2 : 1987. Exceeds the requirements of BS 5980 : 1980 and ANSI A118.4 : 1992.
GENERAL PERFORMANCE
LECA MIX-1 is suitable for use at dry or wet areas, internal or external areas including areas under immersion of water (swimming pool, water tank, etc). Cement-based Tile Adhesive modified with LECA MIX-1 benefits in improved physical & chemical properties.
- Enhances adhesion strength of Tile Adhesive to wide variety of (& demanding] substrate including dense or smooth concrete, existing tiles, marbles, terrazzo, vinyl tiles, building boards, etc. It improves adhesion strength when fixing water impervious Ceramic Tiles, Mosaics or Natural Stone Slabs (ie. Porcelain or Vitrified Homogenous Tiles, Glass Mosaics, Marbles, Granites etc.)
- Tile Adhesive modified with LECA MIX-1 imparts greater durability, abrasion resistance, cohesive strength, flexural strength & weather resistance. Provides greater resistance to stresses in installation where tiling may be subjected to background movement, vibration, loading to hydrostatic pressures of pool water.
- Tile Adhesive gauged with LECA MIX-1 offers greater water resistance & reduces water permeability therefore highly suitable for swimming pools and similar wet duty application. Appropriately used will also minimize Efflorescence.
- Improves resistance to attack by mild acidic or alkaline solution.
- Tile Adhesive gauged with LECA MIX-1 offers greater resistance to frost when fully cured.

Cement or Cement-Sand Mortar fortified with LECA SBR-BOND Latex Admixture affords improved Adhesion Strength, Cohesive Strength, Flexural Strength, Abrasion Resistant, Frost Resistant, Durability, Reduces Water Permeability, Reduces Drying Shrinkage, Reduces Surface Dusting, Minimizes Efflorescence, Improved Workability, etc.
Its excellent water resistant & reduce water permeability properties make it most ideal for swimming pools or similar wet-duty installations. LECA SBR-BOND enhances adhesion strength, therefore allows cements or cement-sand mortar to adhere to a wide variety of substrates including dense or smooth concrete, waterproofing, steel etc. It also improves resistance of cementitious mortar to certain chemicals. Cement-Sand mortars incorporated with LECA SBR-BOND can also be applied in much thinner sections. LECA SBR-BOND is highly resistance to salt permeation.
LECA SBR-BOND can also be use as admixture with concrete mix, plaster coat or as neat primer for various building applications.
